George Barker, is the Founder and President of Natural Resource Consulting, Inc.

George understands the business of natural resources. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and Conservation and a Master’s in Business Administration. He annually participates in continuing education in the fields of Foresty and Arboriculture, keeping abreast of current trends and concerns.

• Serves as an expert witness in circuit, district, and federal court and the U.S. Senate
• And he enjoys public speaking, and has appeared as a motivational speaker and given the keynote address for civic organizations and community events.

Rachel Barker, Secretary and Special Project Coordinator

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Ornamental Horticulture and her MA in Public Administration. She also attends annual Continuing Education programs in the fields of Project Management and Arboriculture.

Rachel has held positions as City Horticulturalist; City Arborist; Deputy Director of Public Works; Director of Public Works; Regional Urban Forester and Public Works Manager; and Corporate Project Manager.
